Melanie Forrest joined the Leader’s Edge team in the summer of 2012 as the Business Development Coordinator. With her professional background and pragmatic approach, she immediately made an impact on the success of Leader’s Edge Coaching as well as the success of our coaches and clients.

Coming from the world of recruitment and staffing, Melanie knows how to help people figure out what they need. In addition to requiring the flexibility to work across sectors, the recruitment business demands a laser-like focus on meeting targets, finding solutions and producing results.
